The clients I work with are those seeking positive changes to embrace their authentic selves. I assist clients in finding anxiety relief and breaking free from the grips of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or grief that have held them hostage for too long. The goal is to promote personal empowerment and guide clients from discouragement to hope. Utilizing my extensive experience as a psychotherapist, I employ various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Trauma Incident Reduction, and Energy work, to help clients dismantle negative core beliefs and patterns that keep them stuck. I create a tailored treatment plan for each individual. In addition to my psychotherapy background, I am trained in Reiki, Qigong, meditation, and visualization techniques, as well as the Law of Attraction. As a love coach and an ordained minister in eclectic spiritual studies, my diverse training allows me to offer clients a holistic approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit, should they choose to explore these options.
